Eating green is a way of life! Although some people might look at a green smoothie and wonder why anyone would even think about drinking it, these drinks are incredibly deceiving… and by deceiving we mean that they look gross, but they are amazingly delicious!
There is nothing our Victoria’s Secret angel, Alessandra Ambrosio, loves more than downing a yummy green smoothie before hitting the gym for an intense workout! Not only do the ingredients of a pre-workout smoothie fuel your body with beneficial nutrients, but it will also prep your body for a sweat session like no other.
We’ve tried our fair share of green smoothies, but our favorite has to be Simple Green Smoothies’ Pre-Workout Green Smoothie! It’s delicious, easy to make, and will ready you for the best workout of your life!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 2 Cups Almond Milk, Unsweetened
- 1 Large Apple, Cored
- 1 Banana
- ⅓ Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions
- Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
*Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
