- Cook at Home: While it’s easy to opt for a quick meal when you’ve been working late, you’re more prone to consuming additional calories when eating out. Take the time to grocery shop at the beginning of the week so you can plan for the week ahead. Stick to fast low-cal meals, like strawberry coconut parfaits for breakfast and cayenne chicken with avocado salsa for dinner.
