We are beyond thrilled that our girl, Alessandra Ambrosio, has the honor of wearing the Victoria’s Secret fantasy bra, for the second time!! We applaud our VS veteran angel for her ability to own the runway in sizzling lingerie while millions of viewers watch. Getting into tiptop, supermodel shape isn’t easy, but we were able to peek into Ale’s life and get a rundown of how she does it. After all, she did walk the VS Fashion Show in 2011 while pregnant AND wearing 30-lb gold Swarovski angel wings!
Ale starts the week off happy and healthy – with juicing, of course. She favors a drink with bananas, blueberries and almond milk in the morning, adding she sometimes also uses granola, kale or “something green”.

Rock ‘positive vibes’ workout gear to keep you motivated like Ale does. Though she has an incredibly busy schedule, Ale really tries to workout at least once a day with a variety of different workouts, such as Barry’s Bootcamp and Bar Method. “One workout is a lot of weights and the other is no weights at all, so I think it’s a balance.”
Ale is also a huge fan of Pilates, spin classes and Yoga to stay fit. Ale revealed that if she wasn’t a model, she could see herself as a Yoga instructor. “Yoga calms me down and also keeps me lean – it makes exercise feel easy.”
