To beat the Cali heat, we love to enjoy a cool treat like our angel Alessandra Ambrosio, but without her supermodel genes, it’s tough to devour sweets without blowing any of the hard work we’ve put into achieving our bikini bods. Luckily, To Live & Diet in L.A. shares this vegan sorbet that’s made with pure fruit, almond milk and sweetened naturally with stevia— which means you can have your beachy treat and your hot bod, too! With only 85 calories for a whole 1½ cups (that’s like three times the size of an average froyo), anyone will feel totally confident with this healthy dessert choice. Check out the easy, guilt-free recipe below:
- 1 C. Frozen Blueberries and Strawberries
- 1/2 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Stevia to taste
Toss everything in a Vitamix, food processor, or high speed blender and pulverize until it’s smooth. Then, eat as it or freeze it for a bit, top it off with some delicious shredded, dried coconut for an extra delight!
